The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has today (25th June 2026) announced the promotion of Amy Wilson to the newly-created role of Propositions Director.
Amy, who joined TRM in 2015 and who most recently served as Head of Insurance, will report directly to the Board, and take responsibility for proposition development across the whole business as the network continues to invest in adviser support, strategic partnerships and future growth.
As Propositions Director, Amy will be tasked with strengthening TRM’s adviser propositions, developing strategic partnerships and helping shape future growth initiatives.
Joining TRM in 2015, the network said Amy had played a central role in its development, predominantly working on its insurance proposition through building relationships with provider partners and supporting advisers with their protection, private medical insurance (PMI) and general insurance (GI) client needs.
She will continue to maintain and develop relationships in this area, supported by the wider team including Sandra Feuell, Protection & GI Development Manager, and Gemma Penkethman, PMI Supervision & Development Manager.
TRM said Amy’s appointment also highlighted the stability and experience that sits at the heart of TRM's leadership team.
Amy will join the Executive Board comprised of all founding members, and others who have all spent many years within the business, including Operations Director, Nicola Ventrella, who joined the Group in 2012, Jade Mitchell, Finance Director who joined the Group in 2013, alongside Ben Allen, Managing Director and Jack Norrey, Compliance Director, who both joined in 2015
TRM said Amy’s promotion reflected its continued commitment to investing in its people and creating long-term opportunities for career progression, while ensuring member firms and lender/provider partners benefited from deep industry knowledge and strong continuity across the senior leadership team.
