Brokers looking for support in helping guide their landlord clients through the Renters’ Rights Act are being encouraged to sign up for a free webinar organised by ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages.

With just over a month to go before the Act comes into force, registration for the Renters’ Rights Act 2026 – What Mortgage Advisers Need To Know webinar, which will be held on Friday 17 April between 10am and 11am, is now open.

The webinar will be hosted by the Bank’s group distribution director and industry stalwart Roger Morris, with analysis and commentary from mortgage distribution manager Natalie McNamara.

Following the webinar, attendees will have the opportunity to take part in a Q&A session where they can ask Roger and Natalie any questions they may have.

Roger Morris said: “The Renters’ Right Act will introduce the most significant reforms the private rented sector has seen in decades, changes that will affect all landlords, but especially those who self-manage their properties.

“This webinar will give attendees the clarity and confidence they need to guide their landlord clients through the new rules, prepare them for longer possession timelines and help them plan more effectively around risk, compliance and portfolio strategy.”
