Paradigm Mortgage Services has today (23rd September 2026) announced the addition of Optimus to its conveyancer panel, further expanding the range of conveyancing options available to its member firms, advisers and clients.
From today, Paradigm member firms will have access to Optimus’ conveyancing panel management services, as well as its range of RICS survey solutions.
Part of the Landmark Information Group, Optimus works with mortgage advisers across England, Scotland and Wales, providing access to fixed-price conveyancing for sales, purchases, remortgages and cashback remortgages.
Its panel also has experience in specialist areas including limited company buy-to-let and transactions affected by the Building Safety Act.
As part of the new partnership, Paradigm member firms will have access to Optimus CaseManager, its digital portal, which allows advisers to obtain conveyancing quotes, instruct cases and track their progress through a single system.
Optimus CaseManager provides automated updates designed to reduce the need for advisers to manually follow up cases, while its Applicant Acceptance of a Quote feature allows clients to securely review, accept and instruct their conveyancing quote online.
Optimus also provides active support throughout the conveyancing process, with its team monitoring and progressing transactions, dealing with issues which arise and helping to maintain communication between advisers and conveyancers. It has more than 50 staff, including 16 Service Consultants working across its conveyancing and survey services.
Paradigm firms will also have access to Optimus Accelerate and Sales Pack Ready services from Landmark Information Group. These processes support better-prepared property transactions by bringing forward key property information, including searches, surveys, forms and documentation, alongside workflow and integration capabilities. This helps property professionals deliver greater certainty earlier in the process and adapt to the changing home buying and selling journey.
Alongside conveyancing, Optimus provides further access to home and building surveys, specialist reports and valuations through its survey panel, including nationwide coverage for Level 2 and Level 3 RICS surveys.
