One Mortgage System (OMS), the CRM and loan origination platform for intermediaries and lenders, has announced a new application programming interface (API) integration with Scroll Finance, a trading name of Perenna Bank PLC (“Perenna”).

Currently supporting Scroll's second charge buy-to-let mortgage products, the integration enables OMS users to move from sourcing and fact-find through to DIP within a single workflow. The result is less manual processing, greater data accuracy and a faster, more connected journey for brokers and their clients.

Scroll Finance is currently live with its flagship buy-to-let second charge product, and along with Perenna has an exciting pipeline of additional secured lending solutions and mortgage products in development. As a trading name of Perenna, the lender benefits from access to retail funding, providing a strong platform for long-term growth.

This announcement further strengthens OMS' network of lender and specialist finance connections, supporting its commitment to creating a fully connected mortgage ecosystem.

OMS is the UK’s only end-to-end platform covering residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, and commercial mortgages - plus general insurance, and protection - to provide users with best in class for product sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.

Dale Jannels, CEO of One Mortgage System, commented:

“Specialist lending continues to attract new entrants, but what will separate successful lenders from the rest is their ability to combine funding strength, product innovation and operational efficiency. Brokers increasingly expect specialist lenders to combine strong products with efficient processes that help cases progress quickly and smoothly.

"Businesses such as Perenna have been designed to respond quickly to market opportunities and changing customer needs. As the specialist lending arena continues to evolve, closer connectivity between lenders and brokers will become increasingly important in helping firms scale efficiently while maintaining high service standards."

Ashish Kashyap, Deputy-CEO and Chief Commercial Officer of Perenna, added:

“At Perenna, we believe in a tech-first approach to mortgage lending. This includes developing better system integrations with our intermediary partners, which would drive simpler and faster lending. As such, we are delighted with our partnership with OMS. We are grateful to Dale, Neal and the OMS team for their support and hope to build on this relationship as we enter new markets in future.”
