Mortgage Advice Bureau, (MAB has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Alan Richardson as Head of Protection Excellence.

Reporting into Andy Walton, Protection Proposition Director at Mortgage Advice Bureau, Alan will play a key role in shaping and delivering MAB’s industry-leading protection proposition. 

His responsibilities include assisting in the development of strategies, plans, and tactics that deliver sustainable revenue growth, profitability and quality outcomes, while ensuring that Consumer Duty sits at the heart of the protection proposition.

Alan will also work closely with advisers to help embed best practice, improve customer outcomes and support consistent, high-quality protection advice.

This newly created role reflects MAB’s continued commitment to raising standards across the protection market.
