Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) has today revealed its comprehensive seminar programme for MBE North 2026, taking place on 9th July at Manchester Central Convention Complex.
The Expo will once again bring together brokers, leading lenders and key industry stakeholders, offering opportunities for networking, professional development and market insight. Attendees will also have the chance to engage directly with lenders, discuss live cases and explore the latest mortgage products and specialist finance solutions face-to-face.
A packed exhibition floor will feature a wide range of leading lenders and industry brands, giving intermediaries direct access to decision-makers and practical support across residential, buy-to-let, specialist and later life lending.
Among the exhibitors confirmed for the event are Atom bank, Fleet Mortgages, Keystone Property Finance and Nomo Bank, alongside a broad mix of specialist lenders, technology providers and business support partners, giving brokers access to a wide range of expertise across the property finance market.
A keynote session from the Bank of England will start the programme, with Ken Clark, Deputy Agent for the North West at the Bank of England, providing an expert macroeconomic outlook on the UK housing and mortgage markets.
The 2026 programme will also feature practical sessions from Grow with Google, providing brokers and advisers with hands-on guidance around digital growth, social media and AI.
Square 1 Media has been welcomed back as the official PR partner for MBE North 2026, with Co-founder Paul Hunt contributing to the development of the seminar programme.
In addition, MBE North 2026 will host The Broker Awards: North West, celebrating and recognising the brokers helping drive the region’s property finance market. The awards will be free to attend and will take place as part of MBE North, with Terry Blackburn, Founder of The Wealthy Advisers Club, expected to host proceedings. Hampshire Trust Bank, Lending Bridge and Wealthy Advisers Club have been confirmed as Platinum Sponsors. MBE would also like to thank all partners and sponsors supporting this year’s event, whose continued support helps make the Expo possible.

Mike Mikunda, Event Director for MBE, said:
“MBE North has become one of the key events in the intermediary calendar because it continues to reflect the conversations taking place across the industry in real time. Each year we focus on building a programme that brings together market insight, practical discussion and the topics brokers are dealing with every day.
“This year’s line-up does exactly that. Alongside a keynote from the Bank of England and hands-on sessions from Google Digital Garage, we are also pleased to launch The Broker Awards: North West, giving us an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the people helping move the market forward.
“We are looking forward to welcoming brokers, lenders and industry professionals back to Manchester in July for what promises to be another busy and valuable event.”
Alex Hammond, Co-founder, Square 1 Media, added:
“The packed agenda at MBE North gives brokers a great opportunity to hear the latest insights directly from industry experts. With a mix of economic context, specialist finance, technology and broker-focused discussion, we’ve created a speaker programme that will give advisers clear ideas they can take back into their businesses.”
