LMS has welcomed Precise to Panel Link, supporting the specialist lender with bespoke panel management and enhancing operational processes for its residential mortgage products.

Efficiency is becoming more important than ever, particularly as borrowers look for quicker turnaround times to secure their dream home. But while speed matters, maintaining safety and robustness in the process remains critical.

By linking lenders like Precise with high-quality, compliant law firms and providing digital solutions for key processes, Panel Link drives efficient and secure case handling, with the potential to speed up customer journeys.

Precise provides diverse and dynamic solutions to traditionally underserved customers, such as those who are self-employed, or have adverse credit. The lender is part of OSB Group, which is made up of a family of specialist financial services brands, including Rely, a lender that joined Panel Link in 2025. Through this new partnership, Precise will benefit from all the same LMS products that Rely uses, gaining greater connectivity and efficiency across residential cases.

Heena Thaker, Group Head of Legal – Mortgages, Precise, comments on the partnership:

“Having been closely involved in the implementation of Panel Link, it's been encouraging to see the positive impact the platform is already having on our processes. By improving connectivity, reducing manual touchpoints and supporting more efficient case progression, Panel Link helps us deliver a smoother journey for brokers, solicitors and customers while enabling quicker turnaround times across residential applications.

By joining Panel Link, Precise will have access to:

  • Secure Link: A knowledge base of lender-approved FAQs to reduce turnaround times on post-offer queries.
  • Document Distribution: Helping facilitate the distribution of documentation to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Electronic Certificate of Title (eCOT): A digital solution to provide efficiency and certainty during a typically resource-intensive and lengthy process.

Suzanne O’Connor, chief relationship officer at LMS, adds: “Our partnership with Precise comes at a time when momentum is really building around Panel Link. So, it’s great to bring further diversity to our lender panel and support Precise in offering accessible solutions to their customers with specialist lending needs.  We look forward to working together, providing greater connectivity and security across their residential cases.”
