Leonard Curtis has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as an Associate Member, strengthening its links with the bridging and development finance sector.
Leonard Curtis is a UK professional services group providing restructuring and insolvency, funding, legal and wider advisory services. Its teams work with business owners, lenders, investors and advisers, with specialist experience across property and construction as well as a broad range of other sectors.
The Group recently launched its Property and Construction Quarterly Outlook report, providing insight into the opportunities and issues affecting businesses, lenders and other stakeholders across the sector.
The BDLA is the UK’s only trade association dedicated to representing the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers. Its membership brings together lenders and associate firms from across the sector, including funders, legal firms, valuers, technology providers and other professional services businesses.
