L&C Mortgages has appointed Rachael Hunnisett as its new Director of Partnerships and Communications and Kristina Porter as Chief Transformation and Technology Officer.
Hunnisett brings a wealth of experience having worked in roles spanning the mortgage lending and advice market, most recently as Director of Mortgage Distribution at April Mortgages. She will lead the continued development of L&C’s existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities to expand L&C’s reach to a broader customer base, playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the partnership proposition to ensure it remains closely aligned with both customer needs and business objectives.
Rachael will also contribute to L&C's integrated communications and public relations strategy, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing L&C's reputation within the market, and increasing awareness of partnership opportunities across the sector.

Porter will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation and aligning technology to support the company’s growth strategy. She’ll work closely with the executive team to turn strategy into clear, prioritised delivery that will drive measurable business outcomes.
Porter brings over 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation across technology, operating models, and business performance in complex, regulated environments.
Most recently, Kristina was Transformation Director at Worldpay, the payments technology and software company, where she led a global portfolio of strategic initiatives. Prior to that, she held senior transformation roles at Sky and Simplyhealth, where she delivered major technology and business change programmes, including operating model redesign, digital transformation, scaled agile delivery, and enterprise-wide portfolio governance.
