John Goodall, CEO of Landbay, said:

“Advisers are entering 2026 with plenty of open questions around rates, growth and how the wider global outlook might impact our market and clients. This session is about cutting through the noise and looking clearly at what the data is telling us and where we might be heading as a result. By bringing Simon’s superb economic view together with the realities of what this all means for the UK property market, we want to help advisers feel better prepared for the conversations they are having with their clients.”
