Keystone Property Finance has cut rates by up to 15 basis points across its range of buy to let products.

The specialist lender has reduced its two-year fixed rates by 15 basis points, alongside 15 basis point reductions to five-year products with 2.5% and 7% arrangement fees.

Five-year products with a 5% arrangement fee have also been reduced by 5 basis points.

Following the changes, rates across Keystone’s ranges start from:

  • Standard: 3.74% at 70% LTV
  • Ex-pat: 5.34% at 65% LTV
  • Holiday Let: 6.04% at 65% LTV
  • Product Transfer/PT Plus: 5.54% at 65% LTV
  • Refurb to Let Exit: 5.54% at 65% LTV
  • Semi-commercial: 7.34% at 65% LTV

Elise Coole, managing director at Keystone Property Finance, said: “Landlords’ circumstances and borrowing needs can vary considerably. That’s why it’s important that brokers have a broad range of options available when looking for the right solution for their clients.

“These latest reductions give brokers more competitively priced options across both two- and five-year fixed rates, while also maintaining a choice of different fee structures to suit different cases.

“We always review our range closely and make changes where we can. That ensures brokers have both the choice and the flexibility they need when supporting their clients – something we know they expect and value from Keystone.”
