Glenhawk, the short term lender, has appointed Clare Grimes to the role of Origination Director, Structured Real Estate.
Clare has extensive experience in the structured real estate finance sector. She joins from GRE Capital where she was responsible for leading their debt origination. She previously spent more than six years at Octopus Capital, and is a qualified chartered surveyor.
Clare is the first Origination Director appointed by Glenhawk for its Structured Real Estate division, and her recruitment reflects the growth of the business to date and its ambition to expand its deployment still further. In her new role, Clare will support Glenhawk in growing its offering, reaching a broader range of brokers and their clients.
Clare will report directly to Chris Daly, Managing Director, Structured Real Estate at Glenhawk.
