Enness Global has appointed Ailsa Alexander as Chief of Staff, strengthening its executive leadership team as the business enters its next phase of growth.
Working directly alongside CEO Islay Robinson and the executive team, Ailsa will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the company. Sitting at the intersection of leadership and strategy execution, she will connect cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and People & Culture to streamline operations and support data-led decision making.
In her new role, Ailsa will be responsible for shaping, formalising, and delivering Enness Global’s annual business strategy, alongside leading high-priority development initiatives across the business.
Ailsa brings more than a decade of hands-on leadership experience within the prime property sector, having successfully led operations, compliance, training, and commercial partnerships. Her expertise in developing efficient operational frameworks, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering growth initiatives positions her strongly to support Enness Global as it enters its next stage of development.
