Cumberland Building Society has integrated Cotality’s Lender Hub platform to modernise and future-proof its mortgage valuation process, working in partnership with its long-standing panel management partner, Gateway Surveyors.
Linking Lender Hub into Gateway Surveyors existing Survey Hub and Panel Hub technology creates a simplified, highly connected valuation ecosystem. The three-way partnership seamlessly digitises the entire valuation lifecycle - from initial instruction through to report delivery and Post Valuation Query (PVQ) resolution. This delivers faster mortgage decisions, with richer data flow and enhanced operational transparency across the entire mortgage valuation chain.
Cotality’s Lender Hub is an end-to-end platform engineered to connect Lenders, Panel Managers, and Surveying Firms within a single, unified workflow. By moving away from legacy networks this integration enables Cumberland to exchange property data and document transfers with full integrity and efficiency. The platform eliminates operational ‘air gaps’, streamlines valuations and provides live, real-time tracking across every instruction - significantly improving collaboration between mortgage underwriters and surveyors.
