Cohort Capital has expanded its residential lending suite with the introduction of ResiOne, a bridging product from £1m–£6m designed for the mid-market.
ResiOne provides short-term bridging for purchase, acquisition, bridge to sale, light refurbishment, refinance, asset management, development exit, and equity release. The product offers terms of 3–24 months and a maximum LTV of 75%.
