Accord reduces selected residential and buy-to-let mortgage rates

Accord Mortgages is reducing some product rates from its residential and buy-to-let ranges by up to 0.18%

Accord Mortgages is reducing some product rates from its residential and buy-to-let ranges by up to 0.18%.

The intermediary-only lender is reducing fixed-rate residential products up to 75% LTV by up to 0.10%; house purchase deals above 80% LTV by up to 0.11% and remortgage options above 80% LTV by up to 0.05%. Within its buy-to-let range, the lender is trimming its two- and five-year remortgage products up to 75% LTV by up to 0.18%. Accord is also extending its buy-to-let product end dates.

Highlights of the new product range, which will be available from 8am tomorrow (Thursday, 13 August), include:

Residential

  • A five-year fixed rate at 5.01% (was 5.11%) for remortgages at 65% LTV, which comes with no fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
  • A two-year fixed rate at 4.95% (was 5.05%) for house purchases at 75% LTV, which has a £495 fee and free standard valuation.
  • A five-year fixed rate at 4.91% (was 5.02%) for house purchases at 85% LTV, which has a £495 fee and free standard valuation. 

Buy to let

  • A five-year fixed rate at 4.91% (was 5.09%) for remortgages at 75% LTV, which comes with a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
  • A two-year fixed rate at 4.85% (was 4.98%) for remortgages at 75% LTV, which comes with a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
  • A two-year fixed rate at 4.77% (was 4.95%) for remortgages at 60% LTV, which comes with a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal work.
